Coronavirus is declared pandemic now. It is spreading at a very fast rate. Most of the countries are affected somehow. Some can manage it efficiently and some are getting burned. Europe and America both are under tremendous pressure. Some people are considering it Third World War against coronavirus or named it as COVID-19. Every day something new is discovered regarding this deadly virus. Scientists are trying to find a cure or vaccine to prevent complications. Healthcare professionals are at great risk of getting affected by the coronavirus. Even using proper Personal Protective Equipment is not a safeguard against this virus. Coronavirus was first detected at the end of December. Doctors and Epidemiologist were trying to make govt listen. But most of the leaders of the world did not pay proper attention. Now they are facing horrible consequences. This biological warfare has taught us who is the real enemy of humankind. Hope the world leaders will develop a new strategy to prevent such outbreak in future. In the meantime its time to survive. Likewise My country Bangladesh has very poor preparation. The situation is still not scary. But it will be very soon. The healthcare facility is the least concern of responsible ministry.
How to Treat Covid19 coronavirus?
There is no specific treatment so far that is recognised. Many things are still in the pipeline. The specific management guideline is supportive treatment only. As new characteristics are discovered, the guideline is changing. Prevention is better than cure, goes very strictly for this virus.
I have tried to collect all the guideline that is recognised worldwide for the treatment of corona. I request all the health personnel to follow these guidelines for the treatment of coronavirus.

Many drugs are on pipeline and the clinical trial is going on for the treatment of coronavirus covid19. For example, Favipiravir (Avigan), Remdesivir, Hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine etc.
Patients who were given the medicine in Shenzhen turned negative for the virus after a median of four days after becoming positive, compared with a median of 11 days for those who were not treated with the drug, public broadcaster NHK said. Source
Favipiravir is kind of dim light in a ling tunnel right now.
Convalescent plasma collected from individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 is not FDA Approved yet but it may help. FDA has published this guideline for health care professionals;
WHO Guideline for Coronavirus Covid19
World Health Organisation warned the national leaders of the countries against this deadly virus. WHO is trying to prevent the catastrophe right now. WHO is a reliable source of information. It has published many study results and guideline regarding coronavirus outbreak.
This is the second edition (version 1.2) of this document, which was originally adapted from Clinical management of severe
acute respiratory infection when MERS-CoV infection is suspected (WHO, 2019). It is intended for clinicians involved in the care of adult, pregnant, and paediatric patients with or at risk for severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) when infection with the COVID-19 virus is suspected.
Bangladesh National Guideline for Coronavirus Management
Bangladesh right now is at the worst possible danger facing the country. It is a densely populated country. It is a country of poor illiterate and irresponsible people. Govt is trying to control the situation but perhaps the time has passed. A General holiday has been announced and interim lockdown is under consideration. The situation is worst than imagination. At this moment only God can save this country, but why will he?
