As a student of Pediatrics, I have seen many rare cases. Diagnosis of these rare cases of pediatrics needs the special procedure and diagnostic centers. The ordinary diagnostic center doesn’t perform all investigations. Like Metabolic diseases of the children diagnosed by the metabolic panel. Inborn Error of Metabolism known as IEM panel investigations done by very few diagnostic center in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
